schooltool Certification Program We offer 2 types of schooltool certification programs in order to provide in depth knowledge of the product according to the audience. The End User program provides a review of module functionality followed by process based exercises. The focus of the program is to provide day-to-day users with a better understanding of how to effectively use schooltool. This program is intended for individuals who perform day-to-day tasks within schooltool (e.g. Counselors, Administrators, General super users, etc.). Our most popular program is the Support Personnel Certification which is offered for the users that have a schooltool support role either within a District or as RIC personnel. This Certification is then maintained by participating in three re-certifications per year to remain current on new features.   schooltool Seminar Series Two general topic sessions will be offered monthly that will focus on new functionality and yearly checklist items. The seminars are intended to refresh the attendee's knowledge of the topic being covered as well as train on new features. Seminars are two hours long and can be purchased individually or as part of a subscription. Prerequisite: At least 1 year of experience using schooltool, or any individual who has sucessfully completed any of the schooltoolcertification programs.   schooltoolIQ User Training and Certifiation schooltoolIQ training is broken down into two seperate offerings. The schooltoolIQ Certification class is a 1.5 day session that will increase your comfort and knowledge of utilizing the features within schooltoolIQ and help you customize the dashboards and knowledge views to answer specific questions administrators may have. The schooltoolIQ User Class is designed for everyday users (ex: Principals) who do not necessarily need to customize the knowledge views and dashboards, but need to know how to use the data effectively.
